- Art shop owners reserve the right to deny service to anyone. It is their shop; it is their decision who they make art for.
- Art requests must follow the template provided by the shop's owner if one is provided.
- Anyone found spamming either a shop owner's thread or PM box for any reason will be dealt with severely.
- Art Request shops also act as a mini-gallery for the proprietors to display their work. However, to keep our forums running smoothly and quickly, there is a limit on how many images can be displayed.
Shops with 1 maker – You are allowed 6 images to be shown. This includes banners; so in other words if you want one banner, you can only place 5 more images. All others must be in link form.
Shops with more then one maker – You are allowed 1 banner and 3-4 images per person.
- When providing a finished art to a customer, it is preferred that the maker provide the link rather than display the sig. That way, it's just easier for the customer to make it into their sig.
- You are allowed to work in ONLY ONE art shop at a time. There is no reason for someone to be in more then one art shop.
- All talk in art shops are to be art related only. This in not the General Discussion forum, if its not art related take it to the PMs. Failing to do so will get your shop closed.
- Shops are to be locked once they reach 10 pages. The staff will find your thread and lock it, so don't worry about it too much. Just make sure you save your stuff once you notice you've hit 10 pages. If there's any kind of problem regarding locks/unlocks, resort to the locking/unlocking help thread in the Gallery G&A.
- When making a shop, a request format can be used to help people request an order.

- Art Ratings
All ratings must be posted in a rating shop. No personal ratings are allowed, and such threads will be locked on sight. You just gotta make sure you've got a neat, organized thread with a clear, obvious title in this board, and voila, you've got a rating shop.
- Art Battles
All battles are to be placed in the Art Battle Area. Rules are provided in the sticky area.
- Questions and Tutorials
Questions and tutorials concerning anything that involves the Art Gallery and its subareas should be posted in the Art Gallery Q&A area/main board.
